Mental Wellbeing

At our July Forum we were joined by Samantha Petts from Mind in Mid Herts and the Enhanced Primary Care Mental Health Team. We heard about the services offered by the charity as well as the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy sessions available. 


Circuit Training

Our 10 week Circuit training will run each Tuesday from 9.30am to 10.30am, starting on the 8th July at Jackmans Community Centre in Letchworth.
